These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fetish Girls AI at fetishgirls.ai (the “Site”). By entering the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit adult material intended solely for persons who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). In some locations the minimum age is 21. You represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that viewing such material is legal where you are located, and that you will not permit any minor to access the Site or any content obtained from it.

2. Nature of the service

Fetish Girls AI provides subscription access to AI-generated adult fantasy scenes, trailers, and member updates. All depicted persons and scenarios are dialogue, and visual depictions are fictional and produced for adult entertainment. They do not depict, identify, or represent any real person, living or deceased.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person per account unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

4. Membership & billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party billing partners (CCBill, Verotel, or successors). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel through the billing provider or as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices and included features may change with reasonable notice. Free-tier access (such as trailers and galleries) is subject to change.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to generate, request, or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual acts involving real persons, bestiality, or other prohibited categories described in our Content Policy.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others; scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Site; or circumvent access controls, paywalls, or usage limits.
  • Redistribute, publicly perform, sell, or sublicense Site content except as expressly permitted for personal, private viewing.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or send messages at scale without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its software, branding, and all content (including AI-generated media) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to stream and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Do not rely on Site content for medical, legal, or safety advice. Fantasy depictions must not be recreated in real life where they could cause harm.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Site operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, fraud, chargebacks, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Content complaints may also be submitted through our Content Removal form.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
