Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, and credit purchases work on Fetish Girls AI and how to request cancellations or refunds.

Billing partners

Payments are processed by independent third-party billing companies (CCBill, Verotel, or their successors). Charges on your statement may appear under the billing descriptor shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number.

Monthly subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Your renewal date and amount are shown at checkout and in confirmation email from the processor.
  • Included benefits (full scene access, monthly credit grants, voice features when enabled) are available for the active billing period.

How to cancel:

Use the billing portal for the processor on your statement:

  • CCBill — support.ccbill.com Search or cancel your subscription (24/7).
  • Verotel — vtsup.com Cancel recurring membership or manage your purchase.
  • Or email billing@fetishgirls.ai from your registered account email with the subject “Cancel subscription.”

Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Credit packs (top-ups)

One-time credit pack purchases deliver credits to your wallet immediately upon successful payment. Credits are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in cases of verified billing error (duplicate charge, technical failure to credit your account).

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@fetishgirls.ai within 7 days of the charge with your account email, transaction date, and amount. We will work with the billing processor to investigate.

Refunds for partial months or unused credits are not guaranteed except where mandated by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. EU/UK consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain digital purchases; if you access downloadable or streaming content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge loss of that right at checkout as permitted by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for services received may result in immediate account suspension and collection action where permitted. Billing disputes can often be resolved faster through billing@fetishgirls.ai.

Free accounts

Free registration does not incur charges. Free-tier limits (trailers and galleries) may change with notice on the Site.
